Howell Norfolk and his Millennium Reports were a regular feature on the Smitty Ray Barlow 3-Way Blues Caravan on NPR KZSU at Stanford University.  Howell began his radio career with Smitty Ray Barlow on cable station Geronimo Radio in San Geronimo, CA.

Howell Norfolk appeared thanks to the genius and generosity of Darryl Vance (Smitty Ray Barlow) and his co-host Frederick D. "Bones d'Ivory" Perry. Thanks also to Mary "Dolores" Wentz, David "Kyle Surfjet" Jensen, Steven Swimmer and Martin Diekhoff "They Never Sleep", Stephen Danko "I.Q. Points for Sale”, Michael "Joe King" Spencer, Michael "Frederick Lurmlinger" Cook, Douglas Morgenstern for many "Letters to Howell Norfolk", and many others too numerous to mention or who have been forgotten.
